Good to know
- Non-guests get in by booking a restaurant, café or bar in the hotel (Wikivoyage); a table for coffee or afternoon tea is the cheapest way to see the domed lobby.
- Combine it with Qasr Al Watan and the Founder's Memorial, both a few minutes away on the same headland.
- The view of the palace with the Etihad Towers behind it is best from the Corniche side at sunset.
