Opened in July 2022 a few steps from Friedrichstrasse station. The kitchen takes its cue from the mountains around Sapa, with touches from Laos and Thailand. The name comes from a Vietnamese tale of a carp that turns into a dragon, which Huy Thong Tran Mai's paper-cut designs tell across the walls and ceiling.
