The working distillery of Unicum, the dark herbal bitter the Zwack family says Dr Zwack first made in 1790 for Emperor Joseph II. A film and family heirlooms tell the story, a guided tour goes down to the cellar of nearly 500 oak barrels, and you finish with a tasting.
