Henrik Schmahl's bank headquarters, finished in 1917, with a ground-floor shopping arcade under a glass-roofed passage. Its façade looks like a showroom of Zsolnay ceramics, with Moorish and Gothic touches. It is the only surviving early-20th-century shopping arcade in Budapest.

- The 2019 restoration added a modern top storey; you see it only from across the square.
