Budapest's second market hall, designed by István Rozinay and Pál Klunzinger in the 1890s, burned almost to the ground in 1988 and reopened in 1991. It is a working Józsefváros market where locals buy meat, vegetables and dairy, not a souvenir hall like the Great Market Hall.
