Good to know
- The northern half, between Vörösmarty tér and Ferenciek tere, is for big-name shops and cafés; the quieter southern half towards the Great Market Hall has smaller boutiques, souvenir shops and bistros.
- Look for number 13, a neoclassical house from 1805 and the oldest building on the street.
- In winter the street is decorated and lit for the Christmas season.
