Miklós Ybl's neo-Renaissance arcades below the Royal Palace, built 1875-1883 as a row of shops. In socialist times it was the Budai Ifjúsági Park, a famous youth concert venue. Restored in 2014, its terraced gardens are a quiet way up toward the castle.
