Possibly the only Abkhaz restaurant outside Abkhazia or Georgia, opened in 2015 by Haluk and Gülay Salcan, who still cook dishes handed down through the Abkhaz diaspora with herbs grown in Adapazarı and Düzce villages. A meeting point for Turks of Circassian and Abkhaz descent.
