The 8th-floor dining hall of the Cape Verdean association, founded by students in 1970, near Marquês de Pombal. On Tuesdays and Thursdays a band plays morna, coladeira and funaná at 13:00 sharp and a retired banker, Angolans and Cape Verdeans leave their cachupa to dance before going back to work.
