Founded in 1975 by the fadista Maria da Fé, who still presides: Lojas com História calls it the informal university of fado, where Mariza, Camané and Ana Moura came through; the lights drop, the guitarists come in, and the kitchen stays open until 00:30 for fado's late lives.
