Once a late-night wine-and-poetry tasca, Bela's place on Rua dos Remédios became a full fado house with a young resident cast (Teresinha Landeiro, Carolina Varela Ribeiro and others); Carminho calls it low-key, phone-free and full of Portuguese regulars, like being in a fadista's home.
