Thought to be London's oldest wine bar, founded in 1890 and owned by the Gordon family since 1974, who kept the crusting walls, cobwebs and old casks of port and sherry; it still sells only wine, port and sherry. The terrace runs along Watergate Walk by the 1626 York Watergate.
