One of the very few places on Brick Lane cooking the Sylheti home food of London's Bangladeshi community rather than curry-house dishes. There is no menu: you choose from a glass counter of river fish, bhorthas and curries, with shutki satni (fermented fish paste) to wake up plain rice. King Charles came in 2023 and his cardboard cutout still greets you.
