Salerno-born Roberto Paciullo has cooked just off Arthur Avenue since 1989, in a room dressed like a vine-shaded Italian villa. The thing to order is his rigatoni alla Genovese with bone marrow, then whatever pasta on the blackboard is cooked 'in cartoccio', baked in foil.
