The commuter boat to St. George is free and passes the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island during its 25-minute crossing, with the Lower Manhattan skyline behind you on the way out and in front of you on the way back. It is the cheapest harbour view in the city and still a working ride for Staten Islanders.
