Since late 2021 this neon-lit Mulberry Street room has been packed nightly with groups at lazy-susan tables, eating mid-century Cantonese village dishes cooked with better ingredients. The chef's 'lo wah kiu' (old-timers) specials include chenpi roast duck with dried mandarin-peel sauce and beef with garlic chives; the crackly garlic chicken is famous.
