Founded in 1938 and still run by the Huang family, this basement on Mott Street is Chinatown's second-oldest restaurant and one of the last places serving old-guard chop suey, egg foo young and lemon chicken. Native New Yorkers all have a late-night Wo Hop story; walls are papered with snapshots and signed dollar bills.
