A neighbourhood park on Via Prenestina that holds Rome's only natural lake, about 10,000 square metres, discovered by accident in the 1990s when digging for an underground car park hit the springs of the old Marranella ditch. Residents and the local committee fought to save it from building speculation; foxes, buzzards and finches now live among the ruins of the SNIA rayon factory.
