Former gallery owner Walter Musco makes art-inspired cakes (the Action Painting, the Bauhaus) at Largo Bompiani, and in September 2026 won Gambero Rosso's top Tre Tazzine. His maritozzo has raisins in the dough and pure whipped cream; in season there are chestnut or persimmon versions.
