Giorgia Ricci and Marco Puxeddu reopened the former Il Pinguino of Stefano Ferrara as an entirely gluten-free, low-sugar gelateria, now second in Rome for Dissapore. Try Pop Art (peanut, salted caramel, pecans, caramel popcorn) or the house Rosamundi sorbet of rosehip, red pepper, strawberry and basil.
