A grattachecca kiosk facing Tiber Island since 1915, now run by Mirella's sons Alessandro and Stefano. Ice is scraped from a block and topped with syrup and fruit: order the Lemoncocco, or the "preziosa" with lemon, berry syrup, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries.
