Michele Costantini and Luca Valonta have printed with lead and wooden type on a Heidelberg Platina since 1989, keeping alive the trade Aldus Manutius made famous in Venice. The acqua granda of November 2019 wrecked the workshop and supporters around the world helped save it. Venetians come for ex libris, wedding cards and letterheads; visitors buy posters of the city printed by hand.
