- Entry is no longer free: book a timed slot on the official site, on-site ticket desks have been phased out.
- Shoulders and knees must be covered; large bags are refused, leave them at the free deposit at Ateneo San Basso.
- On Sunday mornings only the museum and horses loggia open during Mass; the church reopens around 14:00.
