Founded by Sheikh Zayed in 1976, the club in the middle of Al Mushrif stages around 16 free race meetings a season with six races a night, purebred Arabians as well as thoroughbreds; there is no betting, only a free tricast competition to pick the first three (Visit Abu Dhabi; The National 2026).
