A tiny, slightly sagging corner cafe where the Prinsengracht meets the Leidsegracht, in business since 1665: stained-glass windows, a low ceiling, a worn wooden floor and two old posts holding up the building in the middle of the room. Father and son run it, and the regulars are, as Girls Who puts it, as much part of the furniture as the rickety chairs.
