At 26.6 metres the tallest wooden mill in the Netherlands and the last of 26 corn mills that stood on the bastions of the 17th-century city walls. It has stood on the Funenkade since 1814 and is owned by the city.

- Brouwerij 't IJ, in the 1911 bathhouse at its foot, has the beer terrace where you see the sails from your table.
