The last of the roughly ten Chinese-Surinamese eethuizen that once lined the Albert Cuypstraat, a canteen-style room open for almost 25 years. Meat is marinated for days and roasted in a barrel-shaped oven out back; the old New Albina sign is still legible under the new one.
