Gardens of the Vil·la Cecília and Vil·la Amèlia estates in Sarrià; the house was built from 1909 for Eduardo Conde, founder of the El Siglo department store, and the grounds became a public park after a campaign by the Sarrià neighbours' association approved in 1978. A residents' park in a district few visitors reach.
