A small corner restaurant on Ritterstrasse that began as an apartment supper club. Self-taught chef Karl-Louis Kömmler earned a MICHELIN star in 2025, and co-owner Mical Rosenblat runs it with him. The eight-course menu is classically based with strong Japanese influence, and the cooks serve it themselves. The signature: crisp veal sweetbread with Kaluga caviar and habanero sauce.
