A small storybook estate built just before the First World War for the workers of the Óbuda Gasworks, which ran from 1913 to 1984. Lóránd Almási Balogh designed yellow houses with stone bases, carved wooden windows and folk motifs in the spirit of Kós Károly, round a green with plane trees. Behind the playful kindergarten, the central towered block has a steep pyramid roof and squirrels on its gable.

- Look for the squirrels on the central building's facade (Funzine, Pestbuda).
- It is a lived-in estate; Funzine (2025) lists it among Budapest's 'small town in the city' walks.
