The Asian art collection of Ferenc Hopp, a world traveller who bought this Andrássy út villa in 1885 and left it to the city; the museum was founded in 1919. It runs changing shows on Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Tibetan art and keeps the only library of eastern art in Hungary.
