The 1930-31 ski lodge at the top of Normafa, restored in 2023 with a new timber forest pavilion, now cooks Hungarian classics with a twist for hikers and Buda families. Order the chicken paprikash with pan-fried galuska or the túrós csusza with crispy pork cracklings.
