A tiny two-story döner shop opened in summer 2024 by 23-year-olds Sinem Gümüş and Emirhan Kaya; a 60/40 beef-lamb döner with tail fat, carved in long strips by an experienced usta, has made it one of Culinary Backstreets's favorites in this part of town.
