The arts centre of the state bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos, open since 1992 inside the bank's monumental headquarters: contemporary art galleries drawn partly from the CGD collection, a big auditorium for concerts, dance and theatre, talks and a bookshop. It is where Lisbon's arts crowd goes, not a tourist stop.
