Good to know
- Combine with the Miradouro do Moinho do Penedo nearby, whose basketball court Time Out calls perhaps the best-placed in Portugal.
- Hiking groups use it as a stop on Monsanto viewpoint walks (NiT 2026); wear walking shoes.
- It sits inside the forest park, so plan it as part of a Monsanto walk rather than a quick stop.
