Founded in 1963, the longest continuously running puppet theater in the US and a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument; it moved to York Blvd in 2019. Kids sit on the floor while black-clad puppeteers walk the marionettes right past them, and every show ends with the house tradition of a cup of ice cream.
