Built in 1874 as a dairy inside the Retiro, then the Pavillón dance hall until a fire, now the municipal cultural centre facing the lake's boat landing: art exhibitions, sculpture on the terrace and a 140-seat theatre for concerts, zarzuela, family theatre and poetry.
