The building that opens Gran Vía (1907-1911), designed by Jules and Raymond Février: a neo-Renaissance prow with a slate dome inlaid with gold, topped by Federico Coullaut's winged Victory, which replaced the insurer's original phoenix. Since January 2026 it houses restaurants and a boutique hotel.
