A tiny Andalusian taberna in Usera opened by a family from Jaén in the mid-1980s and run since 2012 by the children, Carlos and Loli Expósito. Every Friday at 22:15 the whole bar sings the Salve Rociera, a habit kept for 35 years; neighbours, young newcomers and people from across the city squeeze in for it.
