Monaco's oldest wine merchant, founded in the early 1900s by the Ginocchio family and run by the Dameno family since the war, with a mostly local clientele. In 2026 it opened the Salon GCM: a sommelier walks you through the cellar, under the century-old wooden vats, and you drink the bottle you chose on the spot.
