Monaco's new 2,500 m2 municipal library opened on 11 December 2025, bringing the library, film and music collections, youth section and games library under one roof. It is free for everyone, with a press lounge, a Monaco local-history collection, a study room named after Louis Notari and an auditorium for screenings and concerts: the living room of residents, unknown to visitors.
