Monte-Carlo's neighbourhood pool sits on the upper floors of the building that also holds the Saint-Charles market, a council creche and car parks: an 18 x 12 m freshwater pool heated to 28-32 degrees. It is where Monaco children learn to swim and residents do aquagym, aquabike or 'aqua trampo' classes, with early-morning slots on Wednesdays; it runs most of the year, while the port pool only opens in summer.
