Monaco's first Italian restaurant, opened in 1946 by Louis Rampoldi, a cook from the Hôtel de Paris, a few steps from Casino Square. Basilicata-born chef Antonio Salvatore runs a classic brasserie (vitello tonnato, octopus carpaccio with pistachio, fresh tagliatelle with beef cheek) and, in the former cigar lounge, a five-table starred room.
