A c.1785 'Long Island half-house' that now holds the Queens Historical Society's exhibitions on the borough. It stands in Weeping Beech Park, where nurseryman Samuel Bowne Parsons planted America's first weeping beech in 1847; seven of its descendants still shade the house.
