Wendy Lian's tiny family cafe facing Sara Roosevelt Park has served Henan hand-stretched noodles since 2012, and its big tray chicken (da pan ji), a burbling stew of chicken, potatoes, star anise and Sichuan peppercorns, is one of Chinatown's signature dishes. Add the hand-pulled noodles and a stewed-pork pancake.
