Viewpoint

The deck to pick if you want the Empire State Building in your view: the open-air 70th floor of 30 Rock looks south to it and north over the whole of Central Park. Down at plaza level, the 1930s Art Deco complex keeps Lee Lawrie's Atlas, the gilded Prometheus over the rink and the NBC studios.
