Every Saturday about 350 stalls of antiques, vinyl, design and food fill Rua do Lavradio, the city's first residential street (opened 1771). It turned 30 in 2025 and is busier than ever, with free samba in the street.

Good to know
- Vendors expect haggling; prices are lower than in the antique shops (Time Out).
- The Samba da Feira plays for free every Saturday, and many stalls serve feijoada at lunch (Veja Rio, 2025).
- The fair is weekly, not monthly: Time Out and Veja Rio both list it every Saturday.
