The 1860 neoclassical chácara where Benjamin Constant, 'founder of the Republic', died in 1891, with its furniture, garden, bandstand and more than 10,000 m2 of green. Reopened in late 2023 after a six-year, BRL 7.1 million restoration, it is a quiet Santa Teresa garden most people miss.
