A 7th-century basilica on Via Nomentana built over the grave of Saint Agnes and the catacombs that bear her name, still reachable from the church. You enter from the street at gallery level and walk down a long staircase lined with inscriptions from the catacombs; it is a working parish church in a residential quarter that few visitors reach.
