Murano's main parish church has two Giovanni Bellini altarpieces: the 1488 Barbarigo altarpiece, with Doge Agostino Barbarigo kneeling before the Virgin, and an Assumption with eight saints (1510-13). A Baptism of Christ attributed to Tintoretto hangs in the same aisle.
